This website has been created by 4walls.com. Our aim is to intermediate between hotels and customers in order to provide you the opportunity to search and book various hotels online. Our services are based on information directly provided by the hotels. Furthermore, we do our best to ensure that all the information provided on our website is accurate. However, we cannot fully guarantee that all the information is comprehensive and therefore we shouldn`t be held responsible for interruptions or information non-delivery.
We offers competitive prices compared to other sites and all prices on the 4walls.com website are per room unless stated differently. You can see as a comparison the highest price advertised by the hotel on our site for a room during different months. Please check the room details to see what the price includes in and what not.

Credit card guarantee
We need your credit card details in order to verify the reservation. Then they are directly sent to the respective hotel you have booked a room in. There is no charge for the online reservation. You only pay for your stay at the hotel.
We do guarantee our customers the security they need when providing credit card information. This happens thanks to the newest Secure Socket Layer encryption (SSL) technology, which means that your information is kept in a secure database from the very moment of its obtaining. Only a few people are responsible for the reservation processing. No one else besides our company will have access to the confidential information. After the whole process of the reservation, your information is no longer kept on our servers. Furthermore, provided that your credit card be misused or abused due to 4walls.com, we will reimburse the first 50 euro and the credit card company is obliged to pay the remainder.

Free of charge
www.4walls.org is absolutely free of charge does not charge you anything. The payment goes directly to the hotel after you supply your credit cards details. We pass them directly to the hotel you have chosen.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your stay, follow the instructions in the confirmation email. If you cancel according to the hotel`s cancellation policy, it will be free of charge. We strongly recommend you to carefully read the cancellation policy of the respective hotel. If you cancel later than requested or do not show up at all, the hotel might charge you a fee which in most cases is an equivalent for a 1 night stay. Note, 4walls.com will not charge you any cancellation fee whatsoever.
