At 4walls we take very seriously our responsibility in terms of your privacy. We request information upon your reservation in order to offer you highest professional services.
Your personal information is only disclosed to third parties for the purposes of completing your booking through our site. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information only to certain permitted third parties including members of our own group, trusted partners and our own professional advisers.
We would like to emphasize again that in accordance with European personal data protection laws, strict security procedures are observed at 4walls in order to prevent the misuse of and unauthorized access to your personal data.
Credit Card information
Your credit card will not be charged. Your credit card information is only requested in order to guarantee your booking. You will pay your stay right at the hotel.
We receive your credit card information through a secure server. We use the latest and most secure technology available, encrypting all your personal and credit card data. The encryption method uses the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology, issued by Thawte.
Our entire network and server is protected by secure firewalls against unauthorized access. Thus, we can surely guarantee that it is absolutely safe to send us your credit card details. Should your credit card be misused or abused, we will reimburse the first 50 euro and your credit card company is obliged to pay the remainder.
Your credit card details will be kept at 4walls until your arrival date at the hotel. After that the details will be destroyed and no longer kept on our server.
