At www.4walls.org we take very seriously our responsibility in terms of your privacy. We request information upon your reservation in order to offer you highest professional services.
Your personal information is only disclosed to third parties for the purposes of completing your booking through our site. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information only to certain permitted third parties including members of our own group, trusted partners and our own professional advisers.
We would like to emphasize again that in accordance with European personal data protection laws, strict security procedures are observed at www.4walls.org in order to prevent your personal data misuse and unauthorized access.
Credit Card information
Your credit card will not be charged. Your credit card information is only requested in order to guarantee your booking. You will pay your stay right at the hotel.
We receive your credit card information through a secure server. We use the latest and most secure technology available, encrypting all your personal and credit card data. The encryption method uses the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology, issued by Thawte.
Our entire network and server is protected by secure firewalls against unauthorized access. Thus, we can surely guarantee that it is absolutely safe to send us your credit card details. Should your credit card be misused or abused, we will reimburse the first 50 euro and your credit card company is obliged to pay the remainder.
Your credit card details will be kept at www.4walls.org until your arrival date at the hotel. After that the details will be destroyed and no longer kept on our server.
Control over your data
You can always review your personal data you have stored with us, by requesting your personal data via emailing us. Please state 'request personal data' in the subject line of your email.
We will change your personal data in case it is incorrect only upon your request. You can also ask www.4walls.org to remove your personal data from its database by sending us an email.
When does www.4walls.org send you emails?
After your online booking you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the information about your reservation. You can take this confirmation to the hotel as a guarantee for the booking.
Sometimes www.4walls.org can send feedback emails after your stay at the hotel. In case you do not want to share your opinion, you can let us know and we will never request any further feedback.
During the reservation process you can request our newsletter containing special offers and more information about www.4walls.org. You can choose to stop receiving this newsletter any time.
